Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree in a related subject is required.
• Experience in asset/investment management or risk domains is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain resilience policies and procedures across EMEA.
• Coordinate risk and resilience frameworks with local and global teams.
• Lead scenario testing and regulatory compliance activities.
• Provide board-ready resilience reporting and updates.
• Identify vulnerabilities and drive remediations with owners.
