Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Manager to lead the EMEA renewals team within the Idira business unit. Based in the UK or Barcelona, you will report to the VP of Global Renewal Management and drive efficiency and scale across the customer lifecycle, securing renewal revenue and identifying expansion opportunities.

You will work closely with Sales Accounts and Customer Success to maximize retention and growth while maintaining strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing renewals or customer success in SaaS/enterprise security environments.
• Experience owning renewal forecasting and collaboration with Sales and CS.
• Proven ability to automate renewals processes and drive revenue retention.
• Strong data-driven mindset with process-improvement focus.
• Excellent negotiation and cross-selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and commercial renewal processes in EMEA with VP alignment.
• Collaborate with Account Execs and Customer Success to secure renewals and growth.
• Manage pipeline forecasting, metrics, and renewal health assessments.
• Develop and implement renewal playbooks to maximize revenue retention.
• Build relationships with partners to support renewal opportunities.
