Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Regulatory Control Lead for its Asset and Wealth Management team. The role centers on governance, engagement management, and executive reporting to strengthen controls and transparency across regions.

You will lead regulatory engagement efforts, partner with Legal, Risk, and Control Management, and drive continuous improvement in engagements, issue resolution, and playbooks, ensuring timely, effective responses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary regulatory point of contact for Asset and Wealth Management, focusing on EMEA.
• Design, implement, and continuously improve governance frameworks for regulatory engagement.
• Provide executive-ready reporting on engagements, issues, priorities, and commitments.
• Lead or coordinate regulatory engagement across preparation, fieldwork, and management response phases.
• Build partnerships across first and second lines of defense, Legal, Regulatory Management, and Control Management.
• Lead issue management, escalation, and timely resolution with impacted teams.
• Prepare stakeholders through targeted deep dives, guidance, and prep sessions.
• Drive consistency across cross-business regulatory engagements and align approaches.
• Collaborate with local Control Management teams on strategic initiatives and controls.
