Job summary

Arxada is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Manager in Manchester to lead the EU/UK regulatory strategy for Microbial Control Solutions in Paints & Coatings, working with commercial, R&D and regulatory colleagues across the EMEA region.

You will build dossiers, manage submissions under EU Biocidal Products Regulation, monitor regulatory changes, and guide product development with a regulatory lens. Fluent English, strong communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience with EU biocides and regulatory classifications.
• Proven track record in regulatory submissions and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory information provision and translate developments into clear guidance.
• Develop and deliver the EMEA regulatory programme for registrations under EU Biocidal Products Regulation and national levels.
• Build dossiers and coordinate submissions with scientific data and arguments.
• Support product development with regulatory insights across the lifecycle.
• Monitor legislation and regulatory trends impacting registrations across EMEA.
• Collaborate with industry bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
