Job summary

Upstream Risk Management is seeking a senior Project Manager to be permanently embedded within Amazon’s EMEA security operations, based in London. You will lead change programs across the region, coordinating with global stakeholders while keeping the regional team aligned with Amazon’s priorities.

The role requires 5+ years in operational security or related fields, strong PM skills, and the ability to work across time zones. Office-based with occasional travel, starting November 2026.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ public or corporate experience in operational teams.
• Experience in security delivery.
• Experience delivering technology and people projects for large teams, including navigating issues relating to security regulations, data privacy or workers' councils.
• Experience working in a cross-regional, culturally diverse environment.
• Experience analysing regional/global data metrics that inform decision-making.
• End-to-end project management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management: plan, develop, deliver and review regional/global projects.
• Drive process improvement by collaborating with global stakeholders on new solutions.
• Liaise with Regional Program Managers and ACS Global Integration for alignment on PM practices.
• Advise on best practices for project and program management within ACS EMEA.
• Apply change management to review global programs and identify efficiency gains.
• Support day-to-day operations of the EMEA corporate security team.
• Collect, analyse and present regional/global metrics for leadership decisions.
• Assist regional operations with high-priority tasks and projects.
• Draft weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews for senior leadership.
