Sumsub is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to coordinate EU/UK operations for its fintech compliance platform. You will align cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and drive regional initiatives across sales, customer success, legal, and product.

This remote-first role offers flexible hours, generous time off, and opportunities to impact how clients manage identity verification and AML workflows.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in operations management or a similar role within a fast-paced international fintech or regtech
• Proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams and executing regional initiatives
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with ability to work with C-level executives
• Ability to define clear targets (OKRs/KPIs) and monitor progress
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate operational priorities for the EU/UK region, aligning local needs with company goals and processes
• Collaborate across Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance and Product to keep workflows moving
• Monitor operational performance, identify bottlenecks and use data to drive improvements
• Build and maintain processes, documentation and controls for region-wide consistency
• Coordinate regional initiatives, projects and launches with owners, timelines and risks
• Gather feedback from regional teams and share insights with leadership
• Support regional planning, resource allocation and reporting
• Prepare teams for changes in local requirements or priorities in partnership with relevant teams
