Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Dublin is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and facilities projects across the EMEA region. You will coordinate with operations, engineering, facilities, IT, and finance; manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders; travel across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa; and ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or PM.
• Minimum 5–8 years' project management experience in technology or real estate environments.
• Experience across multiple sites/countries in EMEA is highly desirable.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasting, contracts and change management.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client interactions, relationships, and expectations.
• Lead capital, infrastructure, laboratory, workplace, and facilities projects across EMEA.
• Coordinate with operations, engineering, facilities, IT, security, EH&S, procurement and finance.
• Ensure project scope, schedule, budget, and governance are met across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor progress via site visits, procurement reviews, and contractor reporting.
• Prepare agendas, maintain budgets, schedules, forecasts, and approvals.
• Travel regularly across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to support delivery.
