Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking a Global Real Estate UK Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of real estate projects across EMEA, with clear governance and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive continuous improvement in reporting and controls to ensure high-quality outcomes for seat supply and facilities standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end corporate real estate projects.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder projects with schedule & budget accountability.
• Strong written and verbal communication, tailoring messages to different audiences.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with internal partners.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and governance forums with concise reporting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Problem-solving in fast-paced environments with tight timelines.
• Knowledge of space/occupancy concepts and performance metrics.
• Strong strategic planning to translate needs into deliverables and milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through full lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Own project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver outcomes.
• Monitor scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality with mitigation actions.
• Reinforce facility and workplace standards including safety and energy efficiency.
• Develop project documentation and approvals with functional teams.
• Serve as single point of contact for stakeholders on updates and decisions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align scope, milestones, and costs.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reporting for senior management.
• Drive process improvement, quality, and controls.
• Ensure seat supply outcomes are recorded in systems on completion.
