Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in professional education, sales training, or healthcare program management within medical devices or healthcare.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; additional European languages preferred.
• Ability and willingness to travel 40-60% across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of regional professional education programs (cadaver labs, symposia, speaker programs, digital learning, and peer-to-peer training).
• Translate global strategy into localized execution aligned with regional priorities and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies across programs.
