Newell Brands is seeking a Product Marketing Associate to drive Rubbermaid Commercial Products in the EMEA region. The role partners with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to deliver new and existing product initiatives, develop sales tools, and provide market insights.

The position is based in the Manchester area with hybrid working arrangements, and involves collaboration across Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience in product, channel or brand marketing, including working with sales teams.
• Experience supporting physical-product launches, innovation or product-lifecycle activity.
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel approx. 20% of the time

Aufgaben

• NPD / EPD execution: support end-to-end delivery of new/existing product development projects from brief to launch and post-launch review.
• Category management and reporting: assortment reviews, SKU analysis, performance tracking, competitor monitoring; produce market insights for strategic plans.
• Cross-functional and global collaboration: partner with EMEA, international and global teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other functions; gather market insights for project delivery.
• Commercial enablement, product knowledge and training: develop sales tools, presentations and training materials; act as product expert for internal stakeholders.
• Operational support and reporting: assist execution of the regional plan with inventory reporting and performance analysis.
