Job summary

Newell Brands in the UK is seeking a Product Marketing Associate for Rubbermaid Commercial Products to help bring new ideas to market across EMEA. You'll work with the Senior Product Marketing Manager to support end-to-end development projects and create practical tools for sales teams.

You'll build product knowledge and serve as a day-to-day contact for product and category queries. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in product, channel or brand marketing.
• Experience supporting physical-product launches, innovation or lifecycle activity.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of new and existing product development projects from brief to launch.
• Coordinate timelines, product information, approvals, samples and launch materials.
• Produce clear reports and market insights to identify trends and actions for the EMEA plan.
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Develop sales tools, presentations and training materials to support commercial success.
