Job summary

Xe is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager in Bracknell to plan, organise and manage ERP and API integrations from sales pitches to launch. You’ll own timelines, scope, and onboarding for new clients while collaborating with sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams.

You will guide prospects and partners on Xe’s platform solutions, deliver tailored demos, document feedback for the product roadmap, and stay informed about embedded finance and international payments trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, integration management, or technical project management.
• Preferably in embedded finance, fintech or payments.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical information.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients through go-live.
• Develop detailed integration plans and schedules.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to clients, prospects and partners.
• Occasionally run product demos and testing with prospective clients.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, product, compliance, and engineering teams.
