Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in London is seeking an Associate Buyer for the EMEA region to develop local product strategy and drive cross-channel merchandising for the A&F Women brand. They will craft the regional assortment while preserving brand identity and liaising with the global product team.

You will lead regional buys, analyze sales performance, and build strong relationships with internal and external partners in EMEA and the US. This is a full-time role based in our London home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in apparel merchandising or buying.
• Strong analytics and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Collaborative, cross-functional team player.

Responsibilities

• Own full merchandise department for the EMEA region.
• Lead regional buys and assortments for two merch departments.
• Develop an EMEA-exclusive product assortment aligned with brand identity.
• Collaborate with Home Office Design and Merchandising teams.
• Present weekly selling updates and participate in reviews.
• Monitor regional customer preferences and market trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align with brand strategy.
