Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. in London is seeking a Transport Operations & Planning specialist to coordinate inbound and outbound transport, work with DCs, carriers, and 3PL partners to keep deliveries on track and support the wider supply chain network.

You will use data to identify trends, monitor KPIs, and drive cost-efficient improvements, while collaborating with cross-functional teams across EMEA and the US to resolve issues and optimize transport performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with distribution centers, carriers, and transport providers to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across the wider supply chain network.
• Plan, schedule, and monitor inbound and outbound transport activities to support on-time deliveries to stores, e-commerce customers, and distribution centers.
• Work with DC management to strengthen operational processes and ensure service levels meet goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve transport claims, shipment exceptions, and delivery issues.
• Use data to identify trends, measure performance, and recommend improvements to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
• Track and analyze transport trends, service levels, freight spend, and delivery issues, translating findings into practical recommendations.
