Job summary

Ant International is a leading digital payments and financial services provider, with hybrid work in London and surrounding areas. You will deliver end-to-end People Operations across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accurate data and GDPR compliance while leading a small team.

Collaborating with People, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT and vendors, you will drive process improvements and support regional employment laws and internal controls to deliver a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in People Operations within an international organisation with exposure to multiple EMEA countries.
• Strong working knowledge of People systems and managing People data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, employment legislation and GDPR.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset using data and best practices to enhance processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end People Operations across the employee lifecycle for multiple EMEA countries.
• Transform employee data and People systems with data integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Lead a team of two and coordinate with cross-functional partners.
• Partner with People, Payroll, Legal, Finance, IT and external vendors on payroll, benefits and day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and advance People projects.
• Provide guidance on People policies and local employment legislation.
