Job summary

Citadel LLC is seeking a People Operations Lead for EMEA to oversee onboarding, mobility, payroll inputs, and offboarding across London, Dublin, Zurich, Paris, Amsterdam, Hamburg and Dubai. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure smooth employee lifecycle and regulatory compliance.

You will drive continuous improvement in processes, governance, and data integrity while maintaining an excellent employee experience in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in HR Service Delivery or HR Operations for Financial Services.
• Experience with regulatory regimes (SMCR and remuneration requirements) is strongly preferred.
• International exposure supporting EMEA locations is preferred.
• Strong HR systems capability and data accuracy in reporting.
• Experience in a fast-paced, confidential environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of People Operations across onboarding, changes, mobility, payroll inputs, benefits, records and offboarding for EMEA.
• Escalate complex queries and issues with sound judgement and confidentiality.
• Set service standards, controls and procedures to ensure accuracy, timeliness and audit-readiness.
• Partner with HR leadership, Recruitment, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, IT and vendors to deliver regional support.
• Lead HR elements of projects like openings in new locations.
