Millennium is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage the end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for multiple EMEA countries, including accurate processing from cutoff to payment. You will handle inputs such as new hires, terminations, and changes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll, strong UK knowledge (PAYE, NI, pensions), and experience with outsourced providers. Advanced Excel and a proactive mindset are essential in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience across EMEA, with strong UK knowledge.
• Experience with outsourced or multi-country payroll providers.
• Advanced Excel skills and interest in automation.
• Familiarity with pensions auto-enrollment and statutory payments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll cycle for multiple EMEA countries, from cutoff to payment.
• Prepare, validate and submit payroll inputs (new hires, leavers, changes, one-time payments, deductions, holiday pay).
• Review gross-to-net, variance and payment reports; resolve discrepancies with payroll provider.
• Calculate and process termination payments, holiday payouts and adjustments per local law and policy.
• Prepare and reconcile funding requests for net pay, tax and social security obligations.
