Portfolio Payroll in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to lead a payroll team in Sheffield. The role combines hands-on payroll processing with strategic oversight across Europe and the Middle East.

You will act as SME for payroll queries, drive process improvements and lead payroll projects, while ensuring accurate, compliant payroll delivery for multiple entities.

• Being the go to SME for all thing payroll related and dealing with complex and escalated queries
• Providing comprehensive and accurate payroll advice
• Driving a culture of continuous improvement within the team and accountability

Job Summary

We are really excited to be supporting our Sheffield based client to further enhance their established EMEA Payroll function, we are looking to recruit an experienced people manager with a background in EMEA or global payrolls.
