Job summary

Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking an EMEA Payroll Manager on a permanent basis to take control of the entire payroll function and report into the International HRD. This hands-on role requires true subject matter expertise in international payroll and the ability to manage multiple regional payrolls.

You will coordinate 10+ EMEA payrolls through in-country partners, develop payroll policies, keep up with legislation, produce reports for senior management and drive compliance and efficiencies

Qualifications

• Hands-on expert in international payroll.
• Experience coordinating 10+ payrolls across multiple regions.
• Up-to-date knowledge of payroll legislation changes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate 10+ EMEA payrolls.
• Work with in-country partners for accurate payroll delivery.
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
• Keep up to date with payroll legislation changes.
• Produce payroll reports and analyses for senior management.
• Drive compliance and payroll efficiencies.
