Job summary

Insulet Corporation in the United Kingdom seeks an EMEA Payroll Manager to lead accurate, compliant payroll for hourly and salaried staff across the region. You will manage the full payroll cycle, including stock-related transactions, working with Workday and external providers, and report to the Global Payroll Director.

You will develop the regional payroll team, partner with HR and Finance, and drive process improvements, controls, and quarterly/year-end activities.

Qualifications

• Extensive payroll and HR operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA payroll requirements.
• Experience with stock options and bonuses within payroll.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll across EMEA ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coach and develop regional payroll team and partner with HR/Finance.
• Oversee Workday payroll processing and external providers.
• Maintain payroll controls and SOX/compliance across jurisdictions.
• Provide expert guidance on complex payroll matters and country rules.
• Deliver payroll reporting, audits, and ad hoc analyses.
