Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to drive accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands and Germany from Warmley. You will own end-to-end payroll workflows, employee lifecycle administration, and system accuracy in ADP-based environments while partnering with outsourced providers and HR leadership.

Fluency in English and French is required; knowledge of German or Dutch is a strong asset.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll.
• Knowledge of country legislation.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and French.
• Experience with outsourced payrolls (ADP Celergo).
• Romanian Payroll knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit monthly end-to-end payrolls for the UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, and Germany with outsourced providers (ADP Celergo).
• Ensure local payroll tax declarations, pension contributions, and benefits comply with laws.
• Produce accurate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership.
• Resolve payroll queries with discretion and speed.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows and HRIS data integrity.
• Collaborate with EU HR Manager on regional process improvements.
