Job summary

Anonymous is seeking an experienced EMEA HR & Payroll Specialist to lead accurate, compliant payroll operations across the UK, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, and Germany. You will partner with HR leadership and outsourced providers to manage end-to-end payroll workflows and lifecycle administration.

In this role, you will audit monthly payrolls, ensure statutory reporting, and maintain data integrity in ADP HRIS. Fluent English and French are required, with German or Dutch as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in processing EMEA payroll across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of country legislation and payroll taxes.
• Fluent English and French in writing and speaking; German/Dutch a plus.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers, preferably ADP Celergo.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end monthly payrolls for UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands and Germany.
• Ensure payroll compliance and statutory reporting.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports for finance and HR.
• Resolve payroll queries with discretion and timeliness.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflow and system setup in ADP HRIS.
• Maintain data integrity in the HRIS and payroll systems.
• Collaborate with EU HR Manager on regional optimisation projects.
