Colt Technology Services Group Ltd. in London is seeking an experienced payroll professional to deliver accurate, compliant payrolls across the EMEA region, with a focus on UK, Romania and France.

You will be the SME for these payrolls and support SuccessFactors integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between HR and payroll systems. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the chance to influence payroll processes, perform data audits, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll experience with hands-on UK/EMEA payrolls.
• Strong knowledge of UK PAYE, NI, pensions and year-end reporting.
• Experience with SuccessFactors and payroll integrations.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME for EMEA payrolls, especially UK, Romania and France.
• Support SuccessFactors payroll integrations and testing.
• Process payroll updates accurately and on time.
• Maintain knowledge of local payroll legislation and compliance.
• Be the primary contact for payroll queries and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, HR, Finance and IT for timely payrolls.
• Validate calculations, run data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Support system changes, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Document payroll processes and assist audits and projects.
• Identify opportunities for standardisation and automation.
