Job summary

ISG is hiring an EMEA Payroll Specialist for a fixed-term maternity-cover contract in Guildford. You’ll manage the end-to-end monthly payrolls across Europe, including expat payroll, and coordinate with our external payroll provider to ensure timely and accurate pay, tax, and benefits processing.

The role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a hybrid approach with 2 days in Guildford. Minimum 2 days per week in the Guildford office, with support from a global HR team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in EMEA payroll.
• Experience with end-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple European countries.
• Exposure to expat payroll is advantageous.
• Strong IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing for multiple European countries.
• Coordinate data with external payroll provider to meet deadlines.
• Process new starters and leavers in payroll and benefits.
• Review payroll reports for accuracy and obtain necessary approvals.
• Support year-end reporting with external payroll company and Finance.
