Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking an HR Analyst to support payroll administration, HR reporting, data analysis and HR systems across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes accuracy of pay, employee data, and compliance while collaborating with managers and the HR team.

Hybrid role with part-time schedule (2 days/week) and presence in the Colchester office on Wednesday or Thursday. Requires CIPP (level 3) or progress toward it and 2 years in HR/payroll analytics, with strong Excel and data skills.

Qualifications

• Essential: CIPP qualification (level3) or working towards this qualification.
• 2 years experience within HR, Payroll, People Operations or a similar analytical role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capability.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using HR systems or payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Administration across designated EMEA locations (UK, Netherlands and ROE).
• Produce payroll-related reports and analysis for management teams.
• Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems and dashboards.
• Support data validation, system testing and improvements.
• Assist with Workday and other HR systems improvements.
• Contribute to compensation, benefits and budgeting analytics.
• Coordinate training activities and development programmes.
