Optro, an AI-powered GRC platform provider, seeks a Partner Enablement Manager (EMEA) based in London. You will lead partner enablement and delivery across EMEA/MENA and APAC, setting policies and processes to enable partners to deliver with confidence and independence.

You will work with partners and internal teams to turn strategy into execution—testing and refining how Optro enables partner success, training, certification, and ongoing support across regions.

Responsabilités

• Execute structured partner enablement training plans aligned to partner maturity and Optro modules.
• Continuous enablement of partners - monthly calls covering new features, methodology and tooling updates.
• Support partners in building and operationalizing Centres of Excellence, driving delivery readiness and scalability.
• Track partner capability development and readiness milestones, escalating risks and gaps proactively.
