Optro, a leading AI-powered GRC platform, is seeking a Regional Alliance Manager - EMEA based in London. You will guide and shape our regional alliance strategy, recruiting and enabling partners across Japan-related market influence and the broader EMEA ecosystem.

You will drive pipeline, collaborate with Global Alliance Directors, and act as a liaison between Optro sales and partner practitioners, ensuring successful joint initiatives and market expansion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in sales or channel management.
• Proven success with Big 4, Global System Integrators, Resellers or MSPs.
• Experience building partner ecosystems and Go-To-Market strategies.

Responsabilités

• Be the Regional Face of Alliances in EMEA, aligning with Global Alliance Directors and reporting to the Head of Alliances.
• Achieve quarterly and annual pipeline and revenue targets with partner-driven growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and enable new and existing partners to build a solid ecosystem.
• Develop partner growth initiatives aligned with regional goals.
• Broker relationships between Optro sales and partners’ teams (sales, marketing).
• Collaborate on quarterly business reviews, joint account mapping and joint pipeline forecasting.
• Plan and execute marketing activities, webcasts and roadshows to raise brand awareness across EMEA.
• Coordinate operational needs to ensure a positive customer experience in EMEA.
