Advocate Group is exclusively partnering with Monster Energy to recruit an Artwork Manager for the EMEA NPD team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on taking ownership of complex packaging artwork projects from brief through to print, ensuring technical accuracy, on-brand presentation and timely delivery.

You will collaborate with Creative, Project Managers, printers, packaging suppliers and bottlers across EMEA, juggling multiple workstreams while solving problems and driving

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging artwork and print management for FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of packaging artwork, print production, proofing, colour management and die‑lines.

Responsibilities

• Manage packaging artwork projects from brief to print release.
• Review proofs, print specs, colour drawdowns and die‑lines.
• Collaborate with Creative, Project Managers, printers, packaging suppliers and bottlers across EMEA.
