Job summary

Hunter Douglas Europe is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Team Leader (NetOps & NetSec) to guide a regional team across EMEA from the UK base. You will drive security, reliability and scale in a complex enterprise network, partnering with stakeholders to deliver transformation.

You will combine people leadership with deep technical expertise in Cisco/Meraki networks, firewalls, and cloud-enabled infrastructure.

Qualifications

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or equivalent are desirable.
Experience leading Network and/or Security teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing regional NetOps and NetSec team.
Drive standardisation of infrastructure services, platforms, tools, and processes across EMEA.
Provide technical leadership across enterprise networking, Wi‑Fi, and firewall technologies.
Establish and maintain infrastructure standards, governance, and service excellence.
Improve security, resilience, performance, and cost efficiency across the estate.
Support strategic initiatives including cloud adoption, disaster recovery, and infrastructure modernisation.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
Partner with stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver change initiatives.
Build strong relationships with suppliers and technology partners.
