Snowflake powers the Data Cloud, enabling organizations to unlock data value with near-unlimited scale, concurrency, and performance. Our vision: a world with endless insights to address today’s challenges and explore tomorrow’s possibilities.

Our Sales Strategy and Business Operations team seeks a GTM Program Manager to support strategic initiatives that drive growth. This role involves evaluating, planning, and executing GTM programs to expand into new markets and segments, introduce new offerings, and develop new channels. We seek a leader with sales, product, and operational experience, proven success in business growth, and a collaborative spirit to build scalable operations.

The role includes managing investments, delivery, and GTM activation for certifications to access regulated markets, including compliance upgrades, attestations, white papers, and product adjustments to facilitate growth.

What you bring: A passion for strategy and execution, a versatile approach to projects, a love for technology’s role in change, and an operational mindset for building a software leader.

As the Market Access GTM Program Manager for EMEA, YOU WILL:

  • Report to the Director of Market Access Strategy, supporting GTM readiness and expansion into public sector and regulated markets across EMEA.
  • Design and launch initiatives to unlock specific regions/industries, collaborating with Product, Compliance, Legal, Security, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop roadmaps and requirements for regulated market expansion, including resource planning, data needs, system impacts, and timelines.
  • Engage with local GTM teams to gather feedback and develop activation plans ensuring successful product adoption.
  • Identify stakeholder needs, resolve roadblocks, and oversee daily execution of initiatives.
  • Facilitate problem-solving with business partners at various levels.
  • Define compliance communication strategies for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage other GTM initiatives as bandwidth allows.

ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:

  • 5+ years in enterprise sales operations and program management within high-growth software, platform, or IaaS environments.
  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects, especially in public sector pursuits or scaling GTM offers.
  • Knowledge of activating public sector sales and GTM motions with ecosystem partners in EMEA, with country-specific requirements as a plus.
  • Ability to work independently with clear scope and expectations.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills in agile/matrix environments, with strong organizational abilities.
  • Understanding of core B2B business processes: sales, marketing, legal, product, support, services.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and adapt to emergent needs.
  • Effective communication style for engaging executives and data analysis.
  • Undergraduate degree required; MBA or engineering degree preferred.

Snowflake is rapidly growing, scaling our team to support and accelerate our expansion. We seek individuals who share our values, challenge conventional thinking, and drive innovation to build a promising future for themselves and Snowflake.
