Job summary

Capstone Investment Advisors is seeking a qualified accounting professional to join the management company accounting team in London. The role supports EMEA entities, including the Netherlands, posting entries and performing reconciliations with a close collaboration with US teams.

The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting/finance and 1–3 years in financial services accounting, with a keen eye for detail and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics/Business or related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Experience in accounting, finance or audit in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support UK Management accounting with focus on EMEA entities.
• Prepare and post monthly accounting entries and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with external accountants for local records and reporting.
• Assist with Netherlands-related accounting tasks and local filings.
• Maintain controls around entries, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Assist with month-end close and regulatory/audit requests.
