Job summary

Viasat is seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator for a 4–6 month period to manage receiving, storing and shipping of materials and finished goods. You will work with management and logistics teams across the EMEA region to meet delivery timelines.

The role is 100% on-site in Brookman's Park and requires fluent English, a UK passport, and warehousing/logistics experience. Mon–Fri, 9–5, with ERP system knowledge including SAP and JIRA.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing, logistics and distribution.
• Knowledge of procurement, receiving, storage and shipping processes.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storing and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Ensure purchases orders are open and the quality of materials received is correct.
• Maintain inventory security and accountability.
• Ensure materials meet production schedules and marketing timelines.
• Develop and implement operational methods and procedures.
• Maintain documentation on department activities.
