Job summary

Viasat is seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Coordinator for a 4-to-6 month assignment. The role focuses on receiving, storing and shipping materials, with strong emphasis on inventory control and timely distribution.

You will work with management and logistics teams across the EMEA region, in a 9–5, Mon–Fri on-site setting at Brookman's Park. Applicants should have several years in warehousing or distribution, fluent English, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP and JIRA experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• UK Citizenship or passport.
• Several years in warehousing, logistics & distribution or related fields.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of import/export regulations and VAT.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• On-site role in Brookman's Park (no WFH).

Responsibilities

• Manage receiving, storing and shipping of materials and finished goods to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify materials against purchase orders and quality specs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and security throughout operations.
• Coordinate with management and logistics teams across the EMEA region.
• Follow defined methods and contribute to department objectives.
