Job summary

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Sr. Manager, EMEA Deliver technology for Logistics to own the regional technology roadmap and ensure reliable, secure, scalable logistics capabilities.

You will partner with regional and global teams across Supply Chain, Deliver, Technology and external providers to translate strategy into an integrated portfolio of investments and improvements. This role demands strategic leadership and governance across complex logistics programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain technology with logistics focus.
• Proven leadership across multi-country teams and complex programmes.
• Experience delivering multi-year technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own EMEA Deliver technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business priorities.
• Lead governance with regional/global stakeholders, 3PLs and vendors.
• Drive transformation programmes while maintaining business continuity and compliance.
