Job summary

Qualifications

• Confirmed experience in liquidity risk, funding risk, or balance sheet management within a bank or financial services institution.
• In-depth understanding of regulatory liquidity metrics and frameworks (e.g. LCR, NSFR, ILST, PRA110, ILAAP).
• Strong knowledge of markets businesses with experience across Prime Brokerage and Secured Funding.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive deliverables under pressure.
• Good stakeholder and communication skills with cross-functional and regulatory engagement.
• Previous management experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Modelling Ownership: model owner for key liquidity models and review assumptions.
• Review & Challenge: independently review first line liquidity risk practices and funding strategies.
• Limit Framework Management: define, calibrate, and monitor liquidity risk limits.
• Partner with Treasury and business units to ensure adherence and resolve breaches.
• Regulatory Engagement: represent Risk in regulatory examinations and audits.
• Stakeholder Management: build relationships with regulators and internal/external stakeholders.
