Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Director of Sales for HOKA Lifestyle to lead the EMEA wholesale business. You will shape the regional strategy, build partnerships with lifestyle retailers, and drive sustainable growth in revenue and profitability across direct markets.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to an omnichannel approach. Hybrid working arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Experience leading wholesale sales teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong knowledge of European retail and footwear/consumer goods brands is advantageous.
• Proven ability to grow lifestyle brands and manage margins and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the EMEA Lifestyle wholesale strategy with market, category, and financial planning.
• Drive regional sales, profit, and margin objectives including forecasting and reporting.
• Develop strategic account roadmaps and strengthen key retail partnerships.
• Lead and coach the EMEA Lifestyle sales team to high performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, DTC, Finance, Operations and Sales Planning to align plans.
