Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Lifecycle Engineer for the EMEA region. The role blends site-based and office work, requiring close collaboration with customers and internal teams to resolve engine and service issues.

You will analyze engine operations, investigate events, and develop solutions that meet regulatory and customer requirements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• An engineering or numerical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in aero gas turbine design, manufacturing or repair.
• Knowledge of EASA Part 21/Part 145 is a plus.
• Analytical, self-motivated and results-driven on complex tasks.
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Excellent time management and ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers to provide technical support on engine operation and maintenance.
• Lead investigations of engine service events to determine root cause and corrective actions.
• Create and approve technical documentation meeting design and regulatory requirements.
• Improve interface management between regional teams and operations.
• Collaborate with Rolls-Royce functions to drive cost reduction and design changes.
• Prepare and deliver technical communications to stakeholders and regulators.
• Gather in-service data to identify best practices for product design.
