Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Junior Licensing Manager to drive licensing opportunities across EMEA, with a strong emphasis on the UK and France. You will support partnerships, track performance, and coordinate cross-functional projects from concept to launch.

You will build relationships with internal teams and external partners, manage assets and royalty reporting, and help shape growth across iconic brands like Frank's RedHot, Cholula, Schwartz, Ducros and Vahiné.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actions.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative across cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Fluent French for UK and France focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly market, category, competitor and partner research in EMEA.
• Support licensing opportunities across McCormick's brands and categories.
• Manage day-to-day licensee and partner relationships in EMEA (UK & France).
• Coordinate licensing projects from concept to launch with timelines.
• Prepare commercial performance updates and royalty reports.
• Maintain licensing asset libraries and documentation.
• Support presentations and materials for licensing programmes.
