Mattel is seeking a Senior Associate to support licensed Hardlines across EMEA. You will manage key partners, help grow business, and coordinate product, commercial and marketing activity through the licensing lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consumer products, licensing, Hardlines, sales, marketing or account coordination.

Responsibilities

• Partner & business management: manage day-to-day relationships and operational activity for assigned EMEA Hardlines partners.
• New business support: research category trends, whitespace opportunities and prospective licensing partners.
• Product & activation execution: coordinate with product development, creative, quality, brand, retail development, marketing, finance and legal to progress products and programs.
