Job summary

Kroll in London is seeking a proactive Business Development Operations Associate to sit at the heart of our Risk Advisory Revenue Office, starting with the Law Channel. You will coordinate day-to-day activity, support campaigns, maintain Salesforce discipline, and help track opportunities, actions and client engagement to keep initiatives moving.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business development, key account management support, sales operations or marketing operations.
Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
Familiarity with risk, disputes or investigations would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support delivery of the Law Channel go-to-market strategy with clear timelines and measurable progress.
Coordinate Law Channel activity including meetings, follow-ups, and dashboards.
Maintain client plans, relationship maps, and engagement trackers for priority law firms.
Prepare proposals, engagement letters, capability statements, and collateral with relevant teams.
Log activities in Salesforce and support dashboards and performance reporting.
Coordinate events and networking activities and capture follow-up actions.
