Qualifications

• 5+ years of investor relations or related experience.
• Background in private markets or alternative investments.
• Real estate knowledge is desirable.
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Support investor relationships and respond to enquiries on strategies, fund performance and portfolio developments.
• Prepare investor reports, presentations and other client communications.
• Coordinate investor onboarding alongside legal, compliance and operational teams.
• Manage reporting deadlines and ensure investors receive accurate, timely information.
• Provide analytical support for investor updates and fundraising materials.
• Maintain investor records and communication platforms.
• Help improve client servicing processes and the overall investor experience.
