Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking a Director, EMEA Insights to lead consumer and market insights across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

The role focuses on executing consumer research, synthesizing market data, and driving data-led growth with clear storytelling for senior leaders. The candidate will oversee market analysis, competitive intelligence, audience segmentation, and trends across the brand portfolio, collaborating with multiple functions in a fast-paced, hybrid London office

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in consumer research, market analysis, and data insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field. A master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Strong ability to analyze and synthesize information into a holistic story with strategic implications.
• Experience with multi-country quantitative and qualitative research.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Tableau/Power BI; SQL or SPSS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Distill insights from diverse data sources and present to senior stakeholders with actionable findings.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of brand performance, competitors, social dynamics, and macroeconomics.
• Lead segmentation initiatives and consumer profiling across the brand portfolio.
• Analyze social conversations and translate trends into marketing recommendations.
• Own end-to-end creation of Insights presentations from storyline to final edits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision making.
