Job summary

Michael Page HR is seeking a senior HR leader to head the EMEA region for a growing international organisation. You will partner with regional and global leadership to drive organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and sustainable business performance.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead workforce planning, transformation initiatives across multiple countries, and coach leaders on complex people matters while ensuring compliance with European employment laws.

Qualifications

• Significant HRBP experience across multiple European countries.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Proven success leading organisational change and workforce planning.
• Sound understanding of European employment legislation and employee relations frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to support business strategy, growth and change.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational design and transformation across multiple countries.
• Coach and influence leaders on complex people, performance and organisational matters.
• Drive talent management, succession planning and leadership development activities.
• Lead employee and labour relations across the region, with external advisors where needed.
• Ensure employment law compliance and HR practices across European markets.
• Develop regional HR resources while collaborating with the global HR function.
• Support delivery of strategic people initiatives including capability building and future workforce planning.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across commercial, operational and functional leadership teams.
