Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a senior HR leader to drive the people agenda across the EMEA region. You will partner with regional and global leadership to enhance organisational effectiveness, leadership capability and sustainable performance.

Reporting to the CHRO, you will lead workforce planning, employee relations, talent management and HR transformation initiatives across multiple countries, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while shaping future workforce strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant HR Business Partnering across multiple European countries.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong commercial acumen; align people strategy with business objectives.
• Proven success leading organisational change and workforce planning.
