Job summary

Mondrian Alpha in London seeks a Group Finance Manager to own the EMEA accounting cycle, consolidations, and statutory reporting. You will work directly with the UK CFO, lead a small team, and drive efficient close processes across the regional entities.

The role requires ACA qualifications with at least 10 years post-qualification experience in a hedge fund or asset manager, with strong IFRS, audit exposure, and cross-border accounting knowledge. Based in Mayfair, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• ACA-qualified with 10+ years post-qualification experience in hedge fund, bank or asset manager.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and statutory reporting.
• Experience with intercompany and cross-border accounting.
• People management experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and consolidation into group.
• Produce IFRS statutory accounts and coordinate audits.
• Manage FCA returns, VAT, corporation tax and transfer pricing.
• Oversee intercompany and recharge accounting across entities.
• Support entity rationalisation and close automation initiatives.
