Job summary

CLS in London is seeking an Assistant Vice President Client Engagement – Client Management to help grow CLS’s product reach across the EMEA region by strengthening relationships with banks, asset managers, hedge funds, and corporates. You will lead client engagement initiatives, drive cross-sell of Settlement, Processing and Data products, and work with global teams to meet regional KPIs.

A background in financial markets sales or client management and language skills are valued; hybrid working

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or client management within financial markets is preferred.
• FX knowledge is an asset and helps in client discussions.
• Ability to engage with multilingual European clients is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Drive EMEA efforts to expand CLS product reach across clients in the region.
• Develop and execute a client engagement expansion program.
• Identify opportunities to upsell CLS products (Settlement, Processing, Data).
• Manage client targeting strategy with CRM records.
• Coordinate with global teams to meet regional and global KPIs.
• Deliver CLS value through targeted client engagement and presentations.
