Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks an senior finance leader to head the EMEA P&L, Risk, Balance Sheet and Liquidity disciplines within Global Finance.

You will partner with the Fixed Income Financing desk and key stakeholders to shape resource management and strategic initiatives across multiple finance functions. The role operates in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment, requiring strong control mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of delivering process improvements

Qualifications

• Experience in product control or financial control within markets or banking.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and formulas; VBA/Macros a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support daily P&L and Risk reporting; explain variances and drivers.
• Lead technology uplift of P&L, Risk and Liquidity systems and processes.
• Maintain robust controls with Finance Control and Asset Class Control functions.
• Execute ad-hoc analyses, scenario testing and what-if analyses for strategic decisions.
