Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a finance professional to lead the EMEA team in P&L, Risk, Balance Sheet and Liquidity disciplines within Fixed Income Financing.

You will partner with desks and cross-functional teams to drive strategy, controls, and process improvements in a fast-paced trading environment. Responsibilities include daily P&L/risk analysis, technology uplift initiatives, and maintaining strong controls with Finance Control and Asset Class Control.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in product control or financial control within markets or banking.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with finance systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented with a rigorous control mindset.
• Excellent communication to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience in process improvement and automation in forecasting or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the team producing daily P&L and Risk; explain daily, monthly and quarterly P&L moves.
• Contribute to strategic technology projects for P&L, Risk and Liquidity uplift.
• Maintain robust controls partnering with Finance Control and Asset Class Control.
• Manage ad-hoc analyses, scenario runs, stress tests, and what-if analyses.
