Job summary

J.P. Morgan in London seeks an EMEA Regional Controller - Fixed Income Financing to partner with the desk, manage P&L and risk, and drive strategic finance initiatives across Balance Sheet, Liquidity, and forecasting.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Treasury, Capital Management, Technology, and Operations to deliver robust controls and impactful process improvements. This senior role requires strong accounting background, a proven ability to explain variances to stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Experience in product or financial control in markets or banking.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with finance systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Rigorous controls mindset with detailed records and audit trails.
• Excellent communication to explain variances to stakeholders.
• Experience in process improvement or automation in forecasting or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily P&L and risk reporting with analysis.
• Lead technology uplift for P&L, risk and liquidity systems.
• Maintain robust controls with Finance and Asset Class Control.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses, scenario runs, and stress tests for decisions.
