Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an EMEA Regional Controller - Fixed Income Financing to partner with the desk and inform resource management and strategy.

You will work cross-functional with CIB Treasury, Corporate Treasury, Capital Management, Technology, Operations, and other Finance & Business Management teams to deliver consequential firmwide and process-improvement initiatives. Qualifications

• Experience in product or financial control in markets or banking.
• Excel mastery: Pivot Tables, advanced formulas; VBA a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a rigorous control mindset.
• Excellent communication to convey variances to stakeholders.
• Process improvement or automation experience in forecasting/reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily P&L and Risk delivery; explain movements.
• Contribute to technology uplift of P&L, Risk and Liquidity.
• Maintain robust controls with Finance Control and Asset Class Control.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenario runs, stress tests, and what-if analyses.
